2007 FALL GENERAL MEETING & LUNCHEON
Wednesday, October 17, 2007 AT 10.00 A.M.
AT THE Knights of Columbus, Marian Hall
1494 Wallace Road, Oakville
(Wallace Road is south of Speers Rd., One street east of Third Line)
SPEAKER: Representative from the Mississauga-Halton Local Health Integration Network (LHIN)
Registration will open at 9.30 A.M.
The Membership meeting will convene at 10.00 A.M.
The meeting will be followed by a Buffet Lunch and will include a vegetarian menu. The cost of the lunch is
subsidized by the Branch.
Your cost is $10.00 per person.
Members of the Telecom Committee will be contacting you in the second or third week of September to remind you of the date of the General Meeting and to request that you submit your payment of $ 10.00 per person in advance if you wish to reserve lunch.
